Freight Charges Within Australia
NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC $9 Flat Rate for the first item, $15 Flat Rate for 2 items, and then $20 Flat Rate for orders of 3 items or more.
WA, NT, SA and TAS $15 Flat Rate for the first item, $20 Flat Rate for 2
items, and $25 Flat Rate for orders of 3 items or more.
In most cases the freight rates quoted through the Groovy Gadgets
automated shopping cart system are correct at the time of purchase.
However, in certain cases we may need to charge additional shipping fees
due to factors such as oversized parcels and fragile goods insurance. If
the need arises to charge additional freight we will contact you via
email within 48 hours of placing the order.
International Air Mail or Sea Freight
Please note that for orders outside of Australia, we will manually calculate the shipping charge then email you an invoice for the goods. The calculation of this charge will be dependent on courier rates, packaging & handling fees and insurance. Please Contact Us if you wish to pay for an order by paypal or T/T
To place an international order, please use the shopping cart to select the items you wish to purchase and select 'manual payment method'.
We will email you an invoice for payment together with manual payment details within 48 hours of you completing the shopping cart process.

* Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site, or removed from the site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you.
Packaging And Insurance
We do our best to package all goods securely to minimise breakages, especially for fragile goods.
We automatically insure all goods being sent within Australia and internationally.
Our preferred freight carriers are Australia Post for parcels under 20kg and TNT for parcels over 20kg.
Return Policy:
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply
return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange or replacement
(less shipping and handling costs) with the following guidelines.
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving it
- The item must be returned to us in the original condition it was received by you
- Where possible, the original tags and labels should still be attached to the product when it is returned
- Where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging (if any)
- The item should be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold
- It is your responsibility to ensure the item is packed appropriately and returned to us in the original condition

responsibility. We will pay for return freight
If you wish to return an item under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, please email info@groovygadgets.com.au with a full description of the reason for return and the purchase date. Please include your contact details and we will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the matter.
In-House Warranty:
All products sold via groovygadgetsonline.com.au are backed by a 3 month
conditional back-to-base warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, please email info@groovygadgets.com.au
with a full description of the claim and we will contact you within 48
hours to resolve the matter.
We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused,
mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility
of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings
given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed. You will be required
to deliver goods back to us at your expense. In the event of a successful
claim, we will pay for return freight.
When a product is replaced, the replacement product becomes your
property and the returned product becomes our property.
Replacement Products are provided with the same warranty as the returned
product.

Computer Hardware - Exclusions and Limitations:
Groovy Gadgets Online shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of
any programs, data, or other information stored on any media contained
within electronic or computing products. Recovery and re-installation of
system and application software and user data are not covered under any
Groovy Gadgets Online warranty.
In relation to any computing media product, or any computing hardware
product or computing part contained within a product, Groovy Gadgets
Online will not be responsible for direct, special, incidental or
consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition,
or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost
profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and
property, any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any
program or data stored in or used with Groovy Gadgets Online products
supplied to you, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data
stored on the product. Groovy Gadgets Online specifically does not
represent that it will be able to repair any product under warranty or
make a product exchange without risk to or loss of programs or data.
Where a computing product needs to be returned to us for a warranty or
other claim, we will in no manner whatsoever be responsible for any data
you may leave on the computing product.
Our Liability:
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of
contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or
damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort
(including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
To the extent allowed by law, our maximum aggregated liability shall in
no way exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
